Perform a review and/or audit on all Mortgage applications according to the standard corporate GFE fee and TIL matrices. Ensure regulatory and state specific documents have been disclosed to the applicant(s) as required by State and/or Federal guidelines, specifically the review of the GFE and TIL. Modify and correct GFE fees according to the corporate standard fee matrices as applicable or as requires. Generate application packages on all loans in a timely manner by printing and mailing the required 72 hour mortgage disclosures to the customer. Prepare a new loan set up file ensuring a timely, complete and accurate file for Processor review. Maintain consistent level of communication with the Loan Officer regarding incomplete or incorrect loan information. Apply all bank, state and federal regulations to job functions to ensure compliance. Meet or exceed department productivity and quality performance standards within department turn-time standards. Send the borrower an accurate GFE and TIL in the initial 72 hour disclosure package within 3 business days from the application date. Adhere to the department and regulatory standards to ensure adherence to required regulatory turnaround times for Mortgage disclosures.
Qualifications
2 years of mortgage banking and or quality control experience
2 years of customer service
Complete knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the mortgage industry
Proficient in analyzing and understanding the regulatory requirements as they pertain to the GFE and TIL
Dependable and willing to be flexible with work schedule, including working overtime when needed
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to function as a team player and handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
Strong data entry skills; ability to handle multiple tasks
Self-starter and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written/oral communications and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
