Review, analyze, approve and underwrite complex individual consumer requests using conventional FHA and VA lending requirements.. Review financial statements, credit reports, applicable ratios (DTI/LTV), property evaluation and various other factors..

Determining and documenting loan conditions and communicating requirements and/or decisions.. Assisting in identifying, recommending and/or negotiating alternative loan requirements, funding and/or loan-structuring solutions.. Examine transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness within organization, agency and FHA/VA guidelines.. Provider technical knowledge for system enhancements in support agency and FHA/VA lending requirements to include screen development and testing.The qualified candidate must have:. 5 years underwriting experience to include conventional, FHA (required) and VA is a big +.. FHA direct endorsement designation.. Wholesale experience is required. VA underwriting experience is a plus but not required.
