Job Description

The FHA Government Insurer will be responsible for preparing insurable loan packages for FHA and VA loans. This includes:
* Review Case Binders
* Data input
* Review and clear Trailing Documents
* Stack files
* Shipping
Review closed files in preparation for insuring
- Review closed loan in imaging per Case Binder Checklist
- RE-run DU/LP as needed
- Input conditions for missing or incorrect items into tracking system
- Complete Appraisal Logging and Insurance Application screens in FHA Connection
- Enter binder reviewed date in tracking system
Manage Conditions and Clearing binders
- Print condition list from tracking system
- Double check imaging to see if item was imaged
- Contact appropriate parties to obtain conditions
- Review conditions for completeness
- Clear Binder through tracking system for insuring
Job Requirements
* MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS FHA EXPERIENCE
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication and time management skills
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
