Requirements
Mortgage Loan Closer:
* A minimum 3 years experience closing Conventional and Government loan products
* Review and Survey Title
* Generate Closing Documents
* Communicate with Settlement Agents
* Background closing for multi-states
* Proficient math and problem solving skills
* Must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment
