FHA Loan Processor Job Description:
On a day-to-day basis this individual would be responsible for examining documents such as appraisal, credit reports, title commitment, pay stub, bank statements, verifying income and reviewing credit. Also coordinating with attorneys and real estate agents.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring loans are processed in accordance with established guidelines and Truth-in-Lending rules and regulations.
- Coordinating smooth transactions with loan officers and underwriters, etc.
- Reviewing documents for accuracy.
- Interacting with Underwriter/Closer/etc to resolve file discrepancies and, as necessary, provide required documentation.
- Performing all duties in accordance with Chase mortgage standards.
- Package loans once all documentation is received.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM (You must be open to working occasional Saturdays)
Required Skills for FHA Loan Processor Job:
* 1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A LOAN PROCESSOR
* MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FHA LOANS AND AN UNDERSTANDING OF BANK PRODUCTS
