FHA Loan Processor
Job Description:
On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Sr FHA Loan Processor:
General Job Description: Process and prepare residential mortgage loans (FHA/VA and conventional, purchases and refinance) under various loan programs in accordance with policies & procedures of company
Requirements
Minimum of 2 - 4 years recent experience in mortgage loan processing
Must have 2011 Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), Federal National Mortgage (Fannie Mae) experience
Knowledge of Loan Prospector (LP), Desktop Underwriting (DU) and Desktop Originator (DO)
Knowledge of 2011 underwriting guidelines and requirements
Ability to understand and evaluate the financial and credit documents to be reviewed
Experience working with a mortgage processing software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organization skills
Strong aptitude for detail and accuracy
Able to pass criminal background check
Able to verify all information listed on resume
