We are seeking an experienced FHA Mortgage Shipper for our very busy post-closing department. The shipper will focus on delivering loans to the investor prior to expiration dates and reveiw documentation for errors and ommissions. They will keep management aprised of their loan findings and eliminate any errors through whatever means are approrpriate.

To perform this job the FHA Shipper must meet the following qualifications

2-5 years FHA Shipping exp.

have a high level of attention to detail

Understand the loan documentation that they are reveiwing

Able to work in a fast-paced deadline driven enviornment
