Essential Job Functions: Serve as the primary leader ensuring that production goals are met and/or exceeded through our Origination professionals. Involved in the oversight and review, structuring, negotiation, and approval of deals. Attract, develop and retain high performing staff. Provide career growth, development and recognition to team members. Enhance Key’s position as a FHA lender both in terms of markets share and reputation with the agency. Ensure adherence to corporate compliance standards. Coordinate national production effort through strategic marketing. Assist in more complex or critical originations. Maximize ROE on Key’s investment in the business through sound underwriting, profitable structuring and smooth placement with HUD.
Required Skills:
BA/BS in relevant field 10+ years in commercial FHA originations field.
Established senior-level relationships with FHA executive management.
Experience with commercial/multi-family housing finance and real estate underwriting.
5+ years in leading/managing a team.
Proven track record in managing client relationships.
Proven track record in growing a real estate finance business in a profitable and prudent manner.
Deep understanding of HUD loan placement requirements.
Ability to build relationships within our Community Bank business.
Team player, collaborative.

Preferred Skills: Capital Markets knowledge. Distinguished as a leader in the HUD lending market.
