FHA Processor

Description

Must have experience in all processing stages of FHA loans. Knowledge and use of LP, DO, Encompass and Fha connection are a must. We need a processor that can do loans from start to finish with a minimum amount of stips.You will have to be very organized, detail oriented and be excellent with multi tasking. A minimum of 2 years fha lender processing is needed. This poosition is an immediate opening. You will be working with 6-10 loan originators and account executives for wholesale lending and retail as well. You should be able to process and close at least 25 loans per month.

Compensation : $2600 month for 1st 90 days probation period
