Job responsibilities include: basic underwriting, processing, closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups; closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation.
Must have FHA and Fannie Mae, experience, along with VA LAPP Authority and thorough understanding of LAPP procedures.
