iApprove Lending, a direct lender located in Costa Mesa, CA is looking for an experienced FHA/Conventional Underwriter. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years experience in Mortgage Banking, with the most recent two years working as a full time Underwriter. Complete knowledge of FHA and Conventional underwriting guidelines is a must.
