Job Description
This person will be responsible for evaluating loan files for acceptability with company guidelines, agency regulations or government guidelines. The ideal candidate is willing to work hard, share his/her knowledge and experience as a FHA underwriter to assist us in refining our lending guidelines and credit policies, and educating our branches and loan officers on the best way to originate and fund quality mortgages. This position requires candidates are FHA DE approved. - 5+ years of experience in the same position - Must be FHA DE approved - VA and Conforming experience a plus - Detail oriented individual - Must be able to work in a production oriented environment but still maintain high standards of accuracy Salary is DOE, with a generous benefit package.
