FHA Underwriter/Account Executive Team Needed!
A stable, busy mortgage lending company is expanding into the Seattle-Tacoma area and is looking for an experienced FHA, D.E. Underwriter and Wholesale Account Executive who possess high energy, a good work ethic and enjoy working in a high-paced working environment. For Underwriter, willing to pay salary, plus bonus, DOE. For Account Executive, willing to pay on a competitive tiered commission structure, based on volume.
Required skills include:
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- DU, LP, and other AUS experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle detailed assignments.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Direct endorsement and ability to provide your CHUMS number. (for Underwriter)
For the underwriter, we are looking for an individual with 5 to 7 years mortgage experience, with the most recent 3 years being FHA underwriting. Must demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of mortgage loan underwriting, investor loan guidelines and all current FHA guidelines.
For the Account Executive, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years wholesale experience, with the most recent 3 years directly involved with FHA.
