Company Description:
Our client is a top underwriter of FHA-insured mortgage loans for a range of multifamily and healthcare properties. Based in the main office in the Washington DC area or working remotely, you will be a part of a small but successful group of lending professionals.
Responsibilities:
The company is expanding and has created a position for an Underwriter. In this important role, you will provide analysis and underwrite FHA-insured loans for our clients.
Requirements:
We are ideally looking for a HUD-approved underwriter for all MAP and Healthcare 232 transactions. LEAN training would be highly desirable as well. Would also consider an appraiser with healthcare experience or a strong multifamily loan underwriter with experience underwriting loans for nursing homes.
