FHA & VA Loan Processors Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
The person must have previous experience processing mortgages, experience with FHA and VA loans, and handling their own pipeline.
The person must have excellent customer service skills as they will be talking to customers and underwriters regularly throughout the day.
This is a fast paced, demanding environment and the person must be able to multi-task effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The person will be processing home mortgage applications, and will be processing these files until the loan is approved and all requirements are met.
FHA and VA government loan experience required.
The person will be working with the customer and underwriter to get the necessary income, title, and insurance documentation.
