FHA/VA/Conventional Loan Processor Wanted

Hiring ASAP: A senior or junior LOAN PROCESSOR who specializes in FHA/VA and Conventional loans!!

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have 10+ years experience in Conventional/FHA/VA loan processing

- Must have strong working knowledge of CURRENT Conventional/FHA/VA product guidelines

- Must be familiar with all common loan processes, from filling out loan applications to submitting docs

- Must be willing to follow-up

- Must great communication skills as you will be working with our clients, real estate agents, lenders, etc.

- Must have be extremely self-motivating and dedicated

- Must be team player as you will be dealing with the broker, other processors and agents that work in our company

- Must be responsible with all files given to you as well as with ALL tasks and duties that may require your attention (such as answering phone calls or greeting walk-in customers)

- Must have the ability to multi-task

- Must be able to manage, organize and handle a high volume pipeline

- Must have knowledge of Encompass, MS Office, Excel, Internet, and basic computer skills

THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:

- Must be able to CLOSE MANY loans the CORRECT and PROFITABLE WAY by making our customers HAPPY!
