Loan Officer Assistant P/T with potential to go F/T

Now Hiring 2 Loan Officer Assistant for broker shop located in McHenry County

Requirements-
• at least 3 years mortgage experience
• Familiar with mortgage broker environment
• Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Jumbo underwriting guidelines, DU/LP underwriting systems
• Familiar with short sales, and HARP refinances
• Must know how to complete in its entirety a loan application package including but not limited to 1003, GFE, itemization, Safe Harbor Disclosure, TIL, FHA application documentation.
• Must have strong communication skills to deal with all interested parties such as borrowers, lenders, title companies, realtors, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers etc via in person, phone or email.
• Loan Processing experience a huge plus
• Microsoft Office, ,Encompass LOS system

Looking for someone who is detail oriented, quick thinker, enjoys fast paced, multitasking environment and takes pride in job well done.

One position is for 25-30 hours a week. Polish speaking a plus
One position is for 30- 40 hours a week.
