Work From Home Contract Processors Needed!

We are seeking new Contract Processors to help with overflow of a high volume of streamline loans.

Candidates must be dedicated to working on a substantial pipeline 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of processing experience in a fast paced environment.

Processors are required to log into business instant messenger daily and be accessible daily for loan status and communications.

All software, email, and processing tools are provided.

General Responsibilities include:

- Review new files, update escrow and title fees in Calyx Point
- Input missing data in various places in Calyx Point
- Register new loans with lender and stack and submit files via email or lender website
- Constantly update conversation log in Point Data Server and update shared Outlook Calendar to coordinate closings.
- Order Title documents from Title Company
- Retrieve lender approvals and request conditions from borrower or 3rd parties
- Review HUD-1 for accurate closing figures

Successful candidates must be proficient in English with excellent communication, computer, and organization skills. Must be experienced with Calyx Point and pay special attention to detail. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Must have access to high speed internet, with new computer, printer, and long distance telephone service. Must have a quiet home office to work in.

Processors are paid on a per file basis and are 1099 Independent Contractors.
