Community First Bank Loan Services is rapidly expanding its network of Branch Origination Offices throughout the United States and we are filling an opening in our Atlanta Area Operations Center. All our Atlanta Area Operations employees are currently working remotely from their homes. We will soon be opening an office in the Roswell area.
The successful candidate will have his/her choice to work from home or in our new office. You will need to come to the Roswell Office occasionally. Expect to make at least one trip per week for meetings or to work with the Operations Manager or others.
Your job will be to evaluate loan files for acceptability with company guidelines, agency regulations or government guidelines. Must be FHA DE approved. VA LAPP would be a huge plus.

The ideal candidate is willing to work hard, share his/her knowledge and experience as an FHA underwriter to assist us refining our lending guidelines and credit policies and educating our branches and loan officers on the best way to originate and fund quality mortgages.
Required Skills
Detail oriented. Must be able to work in a production oriented environment but still maintain high standards of accuracy. If you choose to work remotely, you must be skilled at setting priorities and staying on-task.

5 + years expected
