We are currently seeking Scanners to prepare all loan files for imaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Prepare loan package files for scanning.

* Scan loan packages on scanner and attach scanned files into internal accounting system (ILS60) for each loan.

* Index and quality-control check scanned loan packages in ILS60.

* Log loan file numbers in Loan Tracking System and update online mortgage application system (UNIFI) with tracking date.

* Responsible for mailing closed loan packages to Headquarters.

DEPARTMENT: Processing Services

REPORTS TO: Opening Supervisor

SHIFT: Various shifts to have coverage between 8am and 9pm.

SALARY: $10.43 - $15.65/hour

EDUCATION: High School Degree or equivalent.

POSITON TYPE: Temporary (End Date: Indefinite)

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: Proficient data entry skills.

FUNCTIONAL AREA SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Ability to multi-task. Basic computer knowledge.
