Job Description

Loan Processor reviews files for completeness and identifies critical missing information. Evaluates the degree and seriousness of data discrepancies and prepares loan file for consideration by underwriting. Expedites process to meet escrow and rate lock timetable. Handles routine to moderately complex loan files.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC underwriting and secondary marketing guidelines
* Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance guidelines
* General knowledge of loan processing and closing guidelines
* Knowledge of Kinecta’s internal policies and programs
* A proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

Required Experience

* High School or equivalent
* 2 - 3 Years
