Senior FHA Mortgage Underwriter Job Description:
Our client, a large mortgage company located in Towson, is looking for a Senior FHA loan underwriter. The Mortgage Underwriter will be responsible for underwriting FHA/VA loans, directly related to government loan processing.
Responsibilities:
-The Underwriter will be Working within a pipeline of up to 70-80 loans
-The Mortgage Underwriter will be Working with FHA/VA conventional loans; this candidate will need to have prior experience with government loan types.
-Making decisions and evaluating docs to verify conditions.
-MD Bond loans or CDA certifications preferred
Qualifications:
-5 years experience in mortgage underwriting.
-Candidates must be comfortable working with at least 70 loans in their pipeline.
