SIERRA PACIFIC MORTGAGE (SPM) -

a 23 year old national wholesale mortgage banking firm is looking for qualified FHA and Conventional underwriters for its Lombard office. All underwriting candidates should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of underwriting experience and 5 + years of overall credit experience. In addition SPM is seeking Junior Underwriters/processors to review and clear conditions and interact with our mortgage broker clients. These candidates need a minimum of 2 years of mortgage banking experience and a familiarity with DU. We offer a competitive compensation package along with benefits and a 401K program.
